SSAA WGAA UFR
The SSAA United Field and Retrieving Branch Inc. (UFR) was formed in July 2007 under the Sporting Shooters Association of Australia’s umbrella, by a dedicated group of gundog enthusiasts keen to keep retrieving trials in Queensland going and more importantly….growing.
Some of our members have been competing in retrieving trials for over 30years and have vast experience in training gundogs and competing in retrieving trials both in Queensland and Interstate.
At UFR we strive to make our competitions a friendly and social environment where our competitors can not only compete whilst having fun with their canine companions, but also enjoy the comradery and friendships that develop with people of similar interests.

Training days continue during 2025
Firstly a huge thank you to all of you for 2024. We’ve had a busy year and no doubt will be really looking forward to 2025 and the events and comraderie that we have all come to expect of UFR Trials.
Training days will be organised when needed throughout 2025.

Remember our focus is on our new trialers/dogs at these training days, but more experienced trialers are always welcome to attend for independent training in a designated area.

UPCOMING TRIAL INFORMATION:
Camping will be available at many of these trials from Friday afternoon until close of trial Sunday.
